For ingredients, weighing and mixing of raw materials and transport to the hopper at the melting furnace.
Heat and melt the mixed raw materials at average of 1,550℃ in the melting furnace.
Feed glass bob at optimum temperature suitable to bottle weight and shape into a glass bottle-forming machine via the feeder.
The forming machine transfers the gobs into the mold. Air is blown into the forming machine, and then shape is obtained.
There is stress caused mainly because the outer surface of the bottle gets cooled more rapidly than the inner side. The annealing process will help to cool both the inside and outside of the bottle evenly to avoid any stress in the glass. This will also help to prevent the crack in the glass and make the bottle structurally stronger.

8S rotary machine, comprised of four of touch molds, is designed to produce 12,000 bottles on a day basis. The daily production capacity of the factory is up to 300,000 bottles. All shapes can be designed and completed with flexible adjustment of material weight.
Cooling And Strengthening
The glass compound material is to be heated at high temperature up to 1550~1600 degrees in the pool furnace to form uniform and liquid glass that meets the molding requirements.
Taking advantage of annealing, quenching and other processes, effort has been made to eliminate or produce the internal stress, phase separation or crystallization of glass and change the structural state of glass.
